The heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware and mobility over a recessed enamel Cooking Surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. The 5.36 cu. ft. true convection oven with a total output of 6,300 Watts is encased in a speckled blue enamel interior, ensures fast, precise and consistent cooking along for easy viewing is a 3-layer glass oven door window.
