The Performer Series 48-inch Gas Range with six lift-off open gas burners, 11-inch griddle, 18-inch bake oven and 30-inch Innovection oven with infrared broiler offers the most powerful and easy to clean open burner options. These are all ceramic open burners capable of heat up to 25,000 BTUs! They are easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning, and have dedicated pins for each size, making it easy to quickly identify where each burner head goes.
